About
Dialogue really is king when it comes to playwriting!
In this masterclass led by Yorkshire-based writer and theatre-maker Nicole Joseph, expect to get to grips with dialogue and explore it in practical, creative ways, looking at how it shapes character, drives action, and brings work to life on stage.
This workshop is suitable for early-career and established writers. It will build on the mechanics of dialogue, while introducing ways to strengthen, diversify, and playfully unravel your approach, opening up new ways to think about how dialogue works on stage to make your play stand out.
