World Book Day 2025
We love an excuse to get together, dress up and tell stories, so guess what we're doing for World Book Day on Thursday 6 March? A very special series of drop-in Story Maker sessions, all about getting creative and having lots of fun!
The sessions are fun for all the family, so all ages are welcome to join in. No booking needed, just drop in to The Meeting Point (entrance on Northway) on the following dates:
Tuesday 4 March: 3:30 - 5pm
Choose from one of our dressing up costumes and/or get crafty by making something for your costume for World Book Day!
Wednesday 5 March: 3:30pm- 5pm

Thursday 6 March: 3:30pm- 5pm
World Book Day celebrations! We'll celebrate your creativity with books, getting crafty with origami, and making silly stories with some funny prompts.
We'd also love to fill our communal book shelf (based in the foyer) with lots of new books for families to share together, so if you're thinking of having a clear out, we'd be delighted to give them a new home!
Our World Book Day celebrations are in partnership with The National Literacy Trust.
