About
Reimaging Albert Einstein as a the son of a Tasmanian apple farmer, who goes on to invent surfing, rock and roll, split the atom with a chisel, put bubbles into beer and romance Marie Curie. Yahoo Serious’ imaginative comedy ripped up the history book but was stifled by mixed reviews from U.S critics leaving a zesty slice of Australian cinema worthy of rescue from cinematic obscurity.
“Serious, a long-haired gangly clown, exhibits a brash and confident sense of humor, endearing personality, and a fondness for sight gags” Variety
