About
In 1983, an Idaho-based FBI agent spots a pattern in recent bank robberies, counterfeiting operations and armoured car heists terrorising communities across the Pacific Northwest. He sets out to prove it's not the work of a traditional organised crime unit, but a radical group led by charismatic leader Bob Matthews.
